Hi I’m Kabira, the coach behind Wellness with Kabira. A safe space to unpack your PCOS and take back charge.
Having PCOS myself, a degree in Psychology and several years’ experience; delivering virtual wellbeing and mental‑health support in safeguarding settings. The way I coach is deeply informed by how the mind works. How stress shows up in the body, and how much it hurts to feel unheard.
I support women with PCOS who feel overwhelmed, dismissed or stuck. I'll help you build a calmer, more confident relationship with your body and health. My approach blends motivational interviewing‑style questions, CBT‑informed tools and a big focus on nervous‑system safety. So sessions feel like a grounded conversation rather than a performance review of your habits.
As someone who has had to navigate symptoms, lifestyle changes and the emotional impact of PCOS. I understand how exhausting it is to be told the same generic advice over and over again, while trying to hold down real‑life responsibilities. That’s why this space is deliberately non‑judgemental, weight‑neutral in tone, and centred on your lived experience as much as on education.
Wellness with Kabira is here for women who are tired of quick fixes, “all you need to do is…” and instead want gentle, psych‑backed support to make changes that actually fit their real lives.
