General

What can we work on in sessions?

We can explore diagnosis worries, body image, fatigue, movement, sleep, stress, nutrition and the emotional impact of PCOS day‑to‑day. Each session focuses on what feels most important and manageable for you.

Who is this coaching for?

Coaching is for women with PCOS (or suspected PCOS) who feel overwhelmed, dismissed or stuck, and want structured, gentle support to feel more in control.

Is this therapy or counselling?

Neither. Coaching is not a mental‑health treatment. It focuses on your current situation and future goals with practical tools and accountability.

What makes PCOS wellness coaching different?

It’s tailored to how PCOS affects your whole life, not just symptoms. We blend education, mindset work and realistic planning so you can build routines, coping strategies and self‑advocacy skills.

Can you diagnose PCOS or give medical advice?

No. Only healthcare professionals can diagnose PCOS, order tests or prescribe medication. Coaching helps you prepare for appointments, process information and turn medical advice into realistic daily actions.

Working together

What does a typical session look like?

We check in on how you’re doing, choose one or two key themes, and explore them in depth & review your action plan. You’ll leave with one or two realistic next steps or reflections.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Sessions are confidential unless you share information that suggests you or someone else may be at risk of harm.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

1:1 sessions are 50 minutes on Zoom. Most people start weekly or fortnightly for the Cysters in Charge programme, then adjust as they feel more supported.

Do I need an official PCOS diagnosis?

No. You’re welcome whether you have a confirmed diagnosis or are still seeking answers. Coaching doesn’t replace medical assessment, but it supports you emotionally and practically while you navigate the process.

Pricing and booking

How much does a session cost?

Each 50‑minute 1:1 session is £65, paid session‑by‑session. There are no package deals right now, so you can book as and when you need.

How do I pay?

You pay securely when you book via my scheduling system (Calendly), using the payment methods offered (for example, card via Stripe). Your session is confirmed once payment goes through.

How do I book a session?

Click the “Book Session” button on the website to open my Calendly page, choose a time that works for you, and complete payment. You’ll get an automatic email with your Zoom link and any prep details.

Cancellations and rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy for paid sessions?

• Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before: full refund
• Cancel or reschedule 12–24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancel, reschedule under 12 hours, or no‑show: no refund

This helps protect both our time and keeps slots available for others.

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. Your refund is then processed manually via Stripe within 3 working days (your bank may take longer).

What is your policy for free intro calls?

Free intro calls help us check fit and answer questions. If you no‑show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice three times, you won’t be able to book another intro call for one month, though you can still reach out by email.

Access and safety

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are online via Zoom, so you can join from home or any private space with a stable internet connection.

Can you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes, as long as our time zones work and you’re happy to meet in English. I can’t advise on non‑UK healthcare systems, but the emotional, mindset and advocacy support still applies.

What if I’m struggling with my mental health or feel in crisis?

Coaching isn’t suitable for crisis or acute mental‑health emergencies. If you feel unsafe or in immediate distress, please contact your GP, local emergency services, or a crisis helpline before booking coaching.
